They will be training with the elite of Ulster twice a day in a 50 Metre outdoor pool.Joyce attends Colaiste Na Carraige in Carrick and Jonathan is a pupil at St Eunans of Letterkenny. Both qualified for this camp through the Ulster Schools Swimming Competition. Both Joyce and Jonathan train five days a week in the pool and also train in the gym working on strength and conditioning and flexibility also. Joyce makes the long journey to Letterkenny each morning with her father/coach Chris hitting the pool at 6.20 am before making the journey back in time for school. A massive well done from all at the Swilly Seals on this achievement. Both swimmers put in huge effort week in week out alongside their peers and are fine ambassadors for the club and huge role models for the young swimmers of the club. The Swilly Seals will travel to Downpatrick on 21st November to take on Lecale swimming club in round three of the Provincial Towns League. Having beat Ballymena in the opening gala and claiming the points v Lurgan who were unable to field a team to travel to Letterkenny the club will be training towards a win in Downpatrick.SWIMMING: SWILLY SEALS HEAD TO WARMER WATERS was last modified: October 26th, 2015 by StephenShare this:Click to share on Facebook (Opens in new window)Click to share on Twitter (Opens in new window)Click to share on LinkedIn (Opens in new window)Click to share on Reddit (Opens in new window)Click to share on Pocket (Opens in new window)Click to share on Telegram (Opens in new window)Click to share on WhatsApp (Opens in new window)Click to share on Skype (Opens in new window)Click to print (Opens in new window) Tags:Swilly Sealslast_img read more
